#Love

Thank you for the LOVE! Adding this to my routine has given me lots of energy recently. Thank you for sending kindness my way to help me combat my physical and mental fatigue as well as improve my cognitive abilities.

As I drink this LOVE every morning, I reflect on all the beautiful people around me, sending me so much LOVE. As the LOVE flows into my mouth through my throat, I imagine the LOVE circulating around my body and giving me hope, peace, and joy. It is as though you guys are with me supporting and sustaining me every second.

I am sleeping much better recently. Although still wakes up at 3 am full of energy, I use the peace and quiet time to meditate and cultivate. It is very beautiful at 3 am. The morning will be walking at the park near my place and then followed by exercising my cognitive abilities to start doing things to ensure I am not left behind. After lunch is always a struggle not because of a food coma but the sweltering weather. Toughest time of the day but recently found a bit of joy in channel hopping Astro (yea still have Astro subscription at home) cos some TVB drama is so rich in messages and impact which sometimes helps me realize that sweltering weather is nothing compared to their situation. 😁. Cutting off binge-watching reels and short clips online was the best decision ever.

Today I heard a thunderstorm and my heart jumped for joy! Yea, it rained and I love the sound of rain. And I spent most of my time in the living room, enjoying the fresh smell of rain.

I just want you guys to know that I truly LOVE u all. I want you to know that all your love and kindness are well received and I am very grateful to have you all in my life. I will most definitely find time to date each and every one of you, spend some quality time, and tell you guys personally how much you guys mean to me.
